So does every great stone. Big Tree Manufacturing PLC quarries, cuts and finishes natural granite, marble and limestone drawn from Ethiopia's oldest rock formations.

We named our company for the same principle we build with: strength that starts at the root, grows in quiet rings of quality, and stands long after the season that planted it. From block selection at the quarry face to the finished surface in your home, every step is our own.

02 — Grain · Precision in Every Cut

From raw block to finished face.

Each block is assessed on site for grain consistency, mineral colour and structural soundness. Only stone that meets Big Tree's tolerances is released for transport to the factory floor.

Gang-Saw Milling

Multi-blade diamond saws for uniform slab thickness.

Edge & Finish

Polished, honed, flamed, bush-hammered or chiselled.

A note on tolerance

Natural stone is a living material.

Colour, veining and mineral density vary gently from block to block. Big Tree matches slabs by lot wherever a project calls for visual consistency, and can supply full-block runs for large-scale work.
